MRS LAXMI MAHAWAR, the visionary founder of Run Again, has been at the forefront of transforming how medical students and healthcare professionals prepare, practice, and perform. Established in 2018, Run Again is proud to be the leading company in India dedicated to designing and delivering comprehensive doctor practice kits and rehabilitation tools specifically tailored for medical students.

With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by  budding doctors, combined clinical insight with a passion for innovation to create practical, affordable, and complete kits that support hands-on learning and professional growth.

Under the mentorship of Dr. BHARAT BHUSHAN(NEUROPHYSICIAN), making specialized kits has become the company’s unique selling proposition (USP). Each product is crafted to bridge the gap between theory and practice—whether it’s for neuro-examinations, general examination, Obstetric & Gynaecology, pediatric assessment or visual diagnostics. YASH BHATIA – Co-Founder & CXO, Run Again

Yash Bhatia, Co-Founder and CXO at Run Again, brings a unique blend of technical expertise, pharmaceutical knowledge, and management acumen to the company. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Management, along with a Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma), giving him a strong multidisciplinary foundation.

With 9+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Yash has honed his skills in product development, operations, and market strategy. In April 2025, he joined Run Again, where he collaborates closely with the founder in designing innovative products, while also spearheading marketing initiatives and overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations.

His vision is to ensure that every product not only meets industry standards but also delivers a meaningful and lasting impact on customers’ lives. Yash’s leadership and hands-on approach make him a driving force behind Run Again’s growth and innovation journey.

KUNWAR SINGH- VISITING DIRECTIOR, IMPORT & EXPORT 

Kunwar Singh is a seasoned import & export leader with an MBA and over 20 years of cross-border trade and business development experience. As Visiting Director for Import & Export at Run Again Medical Device Company, he brings deep practical knowledge of international logistics, regulatory compliance, supplier and distributor networks, and commercial strategy in the medical device sector. Kunwar is known for building reliable supply chains, negotiating complex international contracts, and aligning operational processes with corporate growth objectives.

NIRANJAN PANCHAL – Head of Product Design & Development, Run Again

Nirajan Panchal, Head of Product Design & Development at Run Again, blends traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation to bring the company’s product vision to life. Although he holds a B.A. degree, his true expertise comes from years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing business, where he was mentored by his father.

Continuing the legacy of his forefathers in steel and iron, Nirajan has mastered the art of fabrication, production, and creative design. At Run Again, he spearheads product design and development, ensuring that every creation reflects precision, durability, and innovation.
